Merry Christmas!!!

Since I'm a photographer, I feel the pressure (self inflicted of course) to have an amazingly creative Christmas card.  The past 2 years have been pretty good because I did one of our property before there was a house, and then one in our real living room.  But, I have may topped those, not with creativity but at least with humor.  I thought, why not do ugly Christmas sweaters with the dogs and everything! Well, my husband David, took it to a whole notha level.  Yes, he picked this outfit out all by himself.  Thomas Kinkaid-esk sweater, "jorts", white socks/Reeboks, and a Christmas cowboy hat.  Hopefully this brings you a little joy and laughter:-)  I'm not sure if she wants photo credit lol, but my very good friend Andi Diamond took these amazinly stylish photos in her studio!  We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! 2013 is going to be the best year yet!!! 

Jesse + Gabby

Love this super sweet outdoor engagement session with Jesse and Gabby.  Karnes Stables was the perfect place for their fun, laid back session.  I love the barn with all the leading lines, swing, and light coming through the trees was amazing!!!  

{Teresa + David @Davis Island Garden Club}

I love when couples write their own vows and read them to each other.  David and Teresa have been together 17 years and it was a very emotional moment for them as they were reading the promises to each other.  They've lost some very close people to them and did a balloon release in their honor.  Teresa's aunt's grandmother actually hand made her gown, and Teresa looked absolutely stunning in it with her long flowing veil.  It was an enchanted garden theme with the girls in moss colored dresses and glass centerpieces and lanters with roses orchids, and butterfly accents.  They both drive Scions so those were their cake toppers:-)  David is in the music industry and has some pretty talented friends DJ Coro, the saxaphone player and drummer made it an amazing party!  Cheers to David and Teresa!!!!
