Sulphur Springs Back to School Bash!

Today was the 1st annual Back to School Bash in Sulphur Springs! This is a community of great need where many of the kids don't have the school supplies or even shoes they need to go back to school. It was definately a party! Over 100 volunteers pitched in to grill and serve food, paint faces, do hair and nails and lots more for the 800 people from Sulphur Springs that attended. Also, 450 backpacks were given away, 46 bikes and 26 pairs of shoes as well. My husband, David coordinated the whole thing and it was awesome!! Here's a snippet below.......

Trenise and Torell's Wedding Slideshow

Here's the new Mr. and Mrs. Perdroso! Trenise and Torell had their wedding and reception at Brown Memorial Church of God in Christ in Tampa. The Bishop of their church married them, and you could tell that both their families and the church are such a close knit community. Trenise's mom did all the food at the reception and it was probably the best chicken I've ever had:-) Here's their slideshow................
